Our student has won! We would like to dedicate this blog post to one of our motivated students, who recently accomplished something amazing. Anastasia has won three gold medals at our Chelsea Harbour Club internal gala, which then led to two more silver medals at the Chelsea Harbour Club vs Hurlingham Club Gala.

Our student has won 3 gold and 2 silver medals

She’s been swimming  since she was little, twice every week. Her dedication, motivation, and persistence could be seen from the very beginning. Starting to swim is not as easy as many people believe, especially if you’ve never been in contact with deep water before. However, with an experienced and patient swimming teacher you’ll become better and better after every swimming session.

You can choose this activity if you need a hobby, if you have back problems, and even if you want to participate in competitions or triathlons as well. Swimming has various benefits, regardless of your age. Going Swimmingly London has been working with people of different age and ability. So, if you made up your mind and are ready to start something new or perfect your techniques, do not hesitate to get in touch with Adam, a fully-qualified, private swimming instructor.

Then, you can make a plan together, depending on which swimming technique you want to learn or improve.

The most common swimming techniques include:

– front crawl, or they also call it freestyle;

– backstroke, the only swimming style that you start from the water

– breaststroke, which is one of the most popular techniques

– butterfly stroke, which needs to be taught correctly, as this is one of the most exhausting swim styles
